Jules is a very devoted and sincere support coordinator through NDIS.

He goes beyond and dedicates his time to make sure each individuals needs are met.

I have been receiving support co-ordination from Jules and Resilient Living for the past year or so and I would strongly recommend that any NDIS participant or carer consider the expertise, knowledge and consumer focused approach of Jules as a support co-ordinator. At the best of times the NDIS can be confusing and can create uncertainty, this is where Jules has assisted me to gain the most reasonable and necessary support for my recovery journey. Jules has been a major part of my life over the last 3 years. Jules has helped me out with my mental illness as support coordinator doing his best to assist and aide me into the field of the NDIS. Jules always checks in on me and remind me my rights as an NDIS participant. I cannot say that there are better studied and willing to do their job for participants. I have known Jules Leabres in the capacity as an NDIS support service provider for a period of 6 months. Within this period of time, Jules has provided assistance to access vital resources and strategies to enhance the quality of life for my adult son who is an NDIS recipient. This has resulted in a most significant improvement to my son’s physical, social and emotion wellbeing. With assistance, he has improved his day to day self care, has become more active in the community and is communicating more freely. Jules has been positive and empathetic in his role, providing knowledge and guidance when negotiating NDIS services. He has impressed as being affable, proactive and of high integrity in all his actions and communications.I am very happy with the assistance he has provided to both myself and my son and would highly recommend his services. I have known Jules since 2018 and I think he is a great support coordinator. He is really good with seeing what I need and good with helping me meet other people that provide NDIS. He helped me understand my plan and what I can do, NDIS has been so good for me. Jules provides great NDIS support for me and looks after my disability. He really supports me whenever I need. I really like working with Jules and would prefer him over any other support coordinator.

Jules is the man! He is so helpful with my NDIS plan. Jules helped me get the right bed for me and it has been so good since. I can tell Jules anything, he is so easy to talk to and we have heaps of jokes together. He has helped me so much with NDIS, he even organises my touch footy, drama and disco. He helped me with finding an OT as well. If I need anything, all I have to do is talk to him and we can discuss the solution together!

Jules have been the best support coordinator to me, he listens to what I need and what I ask. I really like activities, Jules was able to help me with Crossroads and “Recreational and Sport Gold Coast”. He is the best! And he does everything, all I have to do is tell him what I think of doing and he does the rest. He is the best person for what he does, Jules also helped me get my special podiatrist shoes and I love them.

Also, If I get real stressed out, he organises an activity or a day trip with one of my support workers to help me not get too stressed.

He is very good at organising everything I need. Jules is the man to trust, and he is excellent. When it comes to NDIS, he will help you and will do what he can.

Jules was highly recommended to us through family, for support coordination of our daughter’s NDIS plan. Jules was able to guide and inform us through our daughter’s plan review with his extensive knowledge of the NDIS, and show care and compassion with what would be best for our daughter. Without Jules, the outcome of our plan review would not have been as successful as it was. Our new NDIS LAC was extremely impressed with how thorough Jules was with addressing all of our daughter’s requirements through detailed reports and assessments, as well as organising supports and providers from interstate that are best catered to our daughter’s needs. Jules is always available to talk, email or message at any time to offer emotional support to our family. His professionalism, knowledge and expertise of his field and genuine care of his NDIS clients is priceless. We are forever grateful to have Jules as our support coordinator.

Jules has helped me since losing my Mum and my sister, he's always there when you need him. He has been a good friend and very supportive since what has happened with the loss of my family members.
